Recruitment agency

1 General information

Antonella Milosavljevic undertakes to fulfil every order conscientiously and carefully.
The client agrees to provide all documents or data required for an order or to enable Antonella Milosavljevic to prepare them. This applies in particular to documents that are required for participation in a recruitment process, such as the drafting of a job description and the determination of a requirements profile.
Antonella Milosavljevic guarantees confidential treatment of all data and information received in the course of the counselling assignment.
The candidate profiles provided by Antonella Milosavljevic's clients remain the property of the recruitment agency. Each candidate profile must be treated as strictly confidential and must be returned to the recruitment agency immediately if the candidate is not hired. It is not permitted to pass them on to third parties or to make copies for personal use.

2 Fee

The fee claim arises when an employment relationship has been established between the client or a company associated with the client and the candidate proposed by Antonella Milosavljevic.
Fee amounts are due immediately without deduction and are subject to statutory VAT.

2.2 Special services and ancillary costs

Special services such as aptitude tests, ancillary costs, travelling expenses for applicants or postage costs are included in the costs.

2.3 Advertising-supported recruitment in print media

In the case of ad-supported print media recruitment, the scope of services is defined individually before the order is placed and invoiced after implementation in accordance with the agreements made.

3 Terms of payment

Invoices are due for payment immediately upon receipt and without deduction. The statutory value added tax is charged on all amounts.

4 Cancellation

The agency agreement may be cancelled in writing by either party at any time subject to a notice period of four weeks.

5 Place of jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the agency agreement is Vienna.
